How Come The Bad Guys Are Always The Coolest In Old Toys, Cobra, Decepticons, Etc…?
I always loved playing with the bad guys because they always looked cooler. With Gi JOES, the Cobra figures were awesome looking, they'd have cool details and weapons and GI JOE was just a plain army man most of the time. THe only consistent cool looking Joe was Snake eyes.
With Transformers, the Decepticons always looked awesome, even in the new movie, the Decepticons looked awesome and have cool cars and transform into cooler robots. Megatron looked awesome, Optimus Prime was a Semi Truck??
You'd figure they should make the good guys look cooler, i always bought Cobra and Decepticons over GI Joes and Autobots because they looked better. This is true with most bad guys. Just wondering what you all think

Bad Guys just look cooler man…..Snow Serpent, Eels, Cobra Commander, Zartan, Destro….vs. a bunch of hicks…Wild Bill, Breaker, Zap, Duke…I think Barbeque and snake eyes were good…
BAD guys just look cool…also, you can create an army of stormtroopers, cobra officers and soldiers and eels and all the bad guys….and its an army….cant have an army of DUKES….all about the benjamins…$$$$$
to me it was who i liked not who.looked the coolest seeing i owned most of the dinobots,voltron power rangers and the like,it was never what ppl thought was cool but what i thought was cool,seeing i do own to this day the Original megaton G1 Aka Walter p-38 mode 20th anniversary of optimus prime,both lion and vehicle team voltron,uniocron,and to top the list off power rangers zords(mmpr)Dragonzord (mmpr the move)Zords not to mention PRZ zords,never bought anything after zeo thoe
doing the wrong thing or the temptation is always more glamorous looking. no matter how cool they looked, i always stuck with the good guy toys. but i'd have to buy the badguy ones just so the good guys had someone to fight.
